About the mission

This September, we are convening a select business delegation for companies from Europe, the Americas and Asia outside China. The mission is designed for technology businesses that want to understand the China market first-hand and turn new connections into commercial outcomes.

The programme is centred on China International Consumer Electronics Exposition (CICE 2026) and is intended for companies working across Artificial intelligence, XR and AR, Humanoid robots, Smart home appliances, Consumer electronics, Low-altitude economy, Intelligent connected new energy vehicles, Smart health and elderly care, Health and wellness, Exoskeleton technology, Advanced displays, Virtual reality and Acoustic technology.

  • 1 September: Departure.

  • 2 September: Executive benchmarking. Visit several world-class manufacturers to examine management models, smart-manufacturing lines and global brand-building, with guidance on converting connections into commercial outcomes.

  • 3 September: Industry and government introductions. Visit industrial parks, meet local government representatives and understand the investment policies relevant to your industry.

  • 4–6 September: CICE 2026 and business matchmaking. Join the China International Consumer Electronics Exposition, take part in B2B matchmaking and present your products to relevant counterparts.

  • 7 September: Cultural immersion and departure.

Travel and participation

UK, EU and most European passport holders can currently enter China visa-free for eligible business travel. Check the official entry guidance before travelling. Read the official entry guidance.

Accommodation, programme transfers, group meals and interpretation are arranged and hosted during the mission. Your main outlay is the service fee, flights and personal expenses.

Because the underlying policy is targeted and places are limited, the delegation is strictly by invitation. The full itinerary, participation terms and specific platform details are shared one-to-one once an application is approved.
